Tribal governments should be able to issue tax-exempt government and private activity bonds for the same types of projects allowed for state and local governments.
Communities should include a variety of housing types and sizes interspersed throughout the community.
Communities should include safe and accessible infrastructure that provides a wide range of connected transportation options.
Residents should have access to essential goods and services, such as healthcare services and grocery stores.
Policymakers and the private sector should ensure universal access in rural areas to affordable high-speed internet services in the home and to digital skills progra
